I cancelled the order for my fridge on 30th march and requested a refund but the refund got into my account on 16th may and on 5th may installment was deducted. Bank is not ready to give me full refund, they say that as they got the refund late amount was deducted so out of 5347.22, they will only give 4818.15, which means 529.07 are the charges, one of the amazon advisor had told me on call that they will refund the extra charges from the bank if i send the proof but i’m not getting anyone on call or chat
