Today morning there was a huge queue and while investigation we come to know that the season ticket issuer has not come on time. In the board it has mentioned the working time as 6 to 10 am. But he has reached only by 8am because of which many people has missed the train since some are new season pass renewal and some other for new enrollment. This is happening regularly in Urapakkam. Please take an action.
