The products are not of the quality presented on the website. They are fake. Check the return conditions and contact them for a refund. I had a 7-day deadline for my order, I wrote them an email to ask for the address where to return the product, but due to the distance and the transport fees, they proposed to me I keep the product or donate it and they retitled me part of the money.
