I ordered RIDALCOL 200 ML TO HELPS TO STOP QUIT ALCOHOL AND NARCOTIC ADDICTION AYURVEDIC PRODUCT, which is Sold by: Labh Enterprise Bhavnagar, on 23rd of November, 2020. The order id is 171-8412205-5863555. The product was dispatched by the seller.
I requested Amazon to refund the money firstly on the 7th of December, since the product was to be delivered on the 3rd of December, they informed me that the refund was issued. However, on 17th December, when I again contacted Amazon, they told me that there was some technical glitch, and informed me that the refund is issued. But, subsequently, the amount did not reflect my account, and again I contacted on 23rd December, and on 28th December, where I was informed that the product is awaiting dispatch. Every time I call or contact them, they come up with the same old excuse, that refund is issued and it will be processed within 3-5 business days. But, AMAZON NEVER CREIDITED THE AMOUNT SO FAR.
This is such a ridiculous service by Amazon, after one month of ordering, they are still favouring the seller who NEVER DISPATCHED THE PRODUCT, BUT MY MONEY IS HAPPILY BLOCKED BY THEM. I really do not understand why these kinds of sellers are entertained by Amazon.
I am attaching the screenshot of the order status, for convenience.
THE AMOUNT IS STILL NOT CREDITED. THE SERVICE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS HAVE DETORIATED AND IS VERY MUCH INSULTING. ACTUALLY, I AM BEGGING MY OWN MONEY.
Hoping to get my money back, and after this recurring event, I do not wish to take any kind of services or products from Amazon.
