We made a order through facebook (online) for purchasing casio edifice combo offer watch but we ended up receiving a duplicate and very bad quality fastract watch. There was also a mobile number in the delivery parcel “8929041857” (sender’s number) and when called it was switched off. We have already paid Rs.2000 for the product and it’s a kind request to take neccessary actions to replace the product with what we have actually ordered.
