Dear sir/madam
I have purchase a perfume from flipkart on 12august but i have not received the product so i issued a complain to flipkart asking for my refund they said they will.try to resolve my issued by cancelling the item and give me back my refund,so i waited for two weeks then they sent me mail that they resolve my complain yet the amount of rs 421 that i paid they did not rerurn please help me.
