sir, i have ordered a product from amazon on 24.10.2023, it was supposed to get delivered by 25.10.2023. without of me receiving the order, it is showing delivered. when i called the customer care for help they said it will be delivered within next 48 hours. i waited till that. but again the same story , they did not took any follow up, and when i called them, next every other day till today , random persons coming on phone saying wait till next 48 hours. they literally have wasted a lot of time of mine. when i asked them for my refund they are denying. neither giving me my product nor refunding my money back. every other time puttinh me on hold, n at every stages same story i have to tell every other persons(wasting a lot of time which they could have passed on while transfering the call ). and at the end they did not helpded me rather said do whatever you want we dont care. now where should i take my concern. however while speaking to them i asked their name which ofcourse they were not saying but i managed to recall three names out of seven persons i spoke, namely, shweta, rahul, shivansh.
i need help . please help me.
