the product was defective so i tried to contact the customer care of shoppergrace but the mail and phone number they issued in the website does not exist so please give me justice for this

I ordered a 250 ml wireless Portable Electric Crusher on 29.09.2022 with invoice no.NP13950702 and was delivered 100ml product. The product is not working and unable to find ways to return for claiming refund. As I was left with no chance kindly do the needful for refund and also stop the adds still being flashed and avoid many others being affected and cheated.
