I order 9 Items in Amazon.in on 06.08.2020, Order No: 408-6994738-3064326 and 408-0215369-7022744. In the order no of 408-6994738-3064326 having 2 items and order no 408-0215369-7022744 having 7 items. On 14.08.2020 four (4) items to be delivered as per email and notification from amazon(order no 408-0215369-7022744). All the items were in a big packet, after delivered the packet when I opened the packet, there only three (3) items in the box, the Sony Wireless Bluetooth Headphone was not in the box but it showing that it delivered. I called customer service on 14.08.2020 for complaint the missing item. They told me that they call will back me on 16.08.2020.And on 16.08.2020 they called me and said that our investigation team is now handle the case, It takes 3 days for resolve your problem. After that when I called customer service, they are not co-operate me. I complaint again in Amazon Help twitter account through message. Then they give me a link for fill up my query. After conversion over email they mailed me that your product is delivered, we are unable to provide any replacement/refund regarding this order. Another email came from Amazon Account Specialist, he says that we recently reviewed your account for order activity details. Your order history shows that you have received a high number of refunds for items that were missing from your orders. I replied him that till date I am not received any mail or sms or any information regarding refund for my missing product. Please send me any copy against this refund. Till now I am not received any refund amount.
Now amazon do not taken any action regarding my missing product.They mailed me that ‘I understand your concern with regard to product Sony WI-XB400 Wireless Extra Bass in-Ear Headphones in order #408-0215369-7022744. As per the updates from our logistics team, we’ve been informed that all the products in this shipment have been delivered intact.Hence, we wouldn’t be able to proceed with refund/replacement for this order.‘
This above statement is totally wrong because the product was not in the packet.
