I placed an order for a bag through EPICBuyz website (Instagram)and have not received the product. I completed the payment of Rs. 799, but there has been no update or delivery so far.
Please look into this matter urgently. I am requesting a full refund of Rs. 799 as I have not received the item.
Kindly take immediate action and respond with a resolution
