I ordered a Bluetooth speaker and a headphone from JBL company. But, I received only a speaker which is not JBL. I did not receive the headphone. I tried to return through the mail ID they mentioned but the mail ID doesn’t exist. I want to return the product and I need a refund for the product. The product is unused and the package is intact.
