I Ordered HM Hot plate cook top (Electric Induction) from Jiomart on 6 may 2023. And the product delivered to me on 13 may 2023. When the product delivered to me in that product I face some issue with it like shock leakage and get automatic discharge wheather plug is on. After 2nd day from delivery I officially request for returning the product but it won’t returned no changes in jiomart application. No status of returning. It takes totally 2 month to return by contacting to Customer Care of Jiomart. On 17 July 2023 delivery boy took product from me. Delivery boy Name Chetan Dhatude mob no.09699577334. After 15min of returning the product I received a Whatsapp message from Express bees

Then, I again phone call to the delivery boy he said “sorry it’s my mistake there was same name of parcel that’s why it not returned but tomorrow I will do it correctly”, then next day I received call from another delivery boy for return parcel.
Then I again call to the delivery boy and next day he said “I do it correctly now please contact with company you purchase the product”.
And still every 2 days I receiving calls from new delivery boy for return parcel as I also discussed it to customer care but they did not give expected response 😕.
After that on Jiomart Application the status is showing return rejected on 31 July 2023. As I shared screenshot. Still I did not receive my refund of value 939 rupees.(10 sep 2023).
