Hi team
I have ordered baby chair products which was not delivered then the order has cancelled automatically and received message about payment refund but till the date i am not received the payment
I have multiple times raised complaint with flipkart they ask me for bank statements i have uploaded it according the said you will receive payment soon
After some time flipkart close ticket saying as per conversation with customer (me) payment received and we are closing case
But I won’t receive refund amount Rs 724
Attaching the complements raised to flipkart and they mark as resolved without resolving it.
Need you help the get my money back
