Hi airtel team,
I am not satisfied with the procedure of eSIM conversion.
i want to convert my Wife’s SIM to eSIM
as per the process, when i sent a Esim conversion SMS.
the reply asks me to confirm.
after confirmation, my SIM gets Deactivated immediately.
but i didnt receive my QR code.
now, my Physical SIM is also deactivated. and no eSIM is activated.
since i have only one SIM.
this let me stranded without any sim.
now my Wife is covid infected.
when i reach airtel store to get a new duplicate SIM.
i submitted the ID proof, but still they insist that my wife should be present to get the duplicate SIM.
Im really not satisfied with these process. the burden on customer should be loose at some point.
Please resolve this immediately.
