In Arunachal Pradesh Pasighat (zip 791102) The 7th Heaven cafe is charging some of the Desserts price more then Other 7th heaven cafe in other places like for Eg:- Well cake actual price is 100 but over here in Pasighat they have been charging it for 120 and few other items more. Which is a cheating to the consumers.
