Dear Sir,
I purchased The Realme 108 cm (43 inches) Ultra HD 4K smart android Led Tv from FLIPKART, dated-22-09-2022, Oder Id- OD226067304837129000, Invoice No- # FAEANY2300015162, Invoice Date- 23-09-2022, Sold BY: LUMINARY LIFESTYLE PVT LTD.
The installation and demo date scheduled was 25 Sep 2022, During installation, the tv screen got a minor scratch by the installation team I had no objection to the scratch by the installation technician, but the main concern is this the TV is getting automatic restarted and off after an hour, it means the Tv has a problem of the power consistency, as the same day I raised a complaint for it under 7 days replacement policy on Flipkart , and even i requested for replacement by using the procedure over Flipkart website, after the request i talked on Flipkart customer helpline number and they told me seller has not the same tv as you requested so have to be requested for return and refund, I have done the same through Flipkart website, then after proceeding all these things I have got a mail that the TV shall have uninstalled after technician visit by 2 Oct 2022, after this all, technician had visited, and they have got the same problem which I have mentioned it over the website and discussed over the phone also with the Flipkart customer support, The technician gave me a job certificate of the product DOA. again I got a mail that the tv will be uninstalled by Mr. Ayub on 3rd Oct 2022, when I got the mail I called Mr. Arshad Ayub on 2 Oct 2022 for asking when are coming for uninstallation they denied it, they told me that they will not come for it and you please talk to the Flipkart customer helpline number regarding this, I followed it the same as they said and again I am told by the Flipkart customer that please be wait for 24 hour’s it will resolve soon, I waited for it for 24 hour’s and after 24 hour’s again I called to The Flipkart customer helpline number for the same and their reply was Tv will be uninstalled by 6th Oct 2022 again they rescheduled the uninstallation time and I don’t why, and today is 6th Oct 2022, again I got the mail from Flipkart that sorry, the seller is unable to fulfill your return request for realme Led TV, pls check your mail, after this Message i opened my mail and and seen that the return request has been closed by the Flipkart else rejected by the seller, please contact your brand, again after see this mail i called the Flipkart customer helpline number and they have no answer and resolution regarding this, they are giving me time again and again so, please be requested to you kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
