I ordered Farmina Vet Life Struvite Canine Formula Dog Food 12kg from The Petcare and made a payment of Rs 8463 on 7 Feb 2023. I waited for a week but there was no update from the seller after a while when I started to follow up on whatsapp, insta and email I struggled to get a response from the fraudster. Its over a month now and the seller is continuously giving excuses.
They also provided the AWB number of a courier which obviously got cancelled due to seller not providing them with the shipment.
Now the seller is denying to refund and continuously lying and saying that the order is reaching. Please find all screen shots attached

This is a fraudulent company. Pls see consumer complaints,, mouth shut sites to know how these crooks operate. Dozens of customers have been scammed .
