The packet with 3 orders was delivered and paid for, but inside the packet only 1 item was received and two are missing. I tried calling customer care but to no avail. I was blocked from ‘call me ‘ service and the chat service was not working.

Text of Complaint by Suzanne Khongwar:

On the 6 th of august a delivery agent delivered a packet which was supposed to have 3 products inside. Two items which were paid by COD were missing and only one product was found inside the packet.
I called the delivery agent and he said that he has no clue with regards to the situation. I tried calling Amazon customer service but instead they blocked me from ‘call me ‘ service. A ring on my registered mobile mobile came but when i picked the call i could hear only static sound.
