The ordered product is not same as ordered through social media and now there is no return policy showing .while product was ordered there was mention that we can return the product within 10 days .

Dear consumer court,

I am writing to bring to your attention a grievous matter concerning my recent purchase from Vibekart, an online shopping platform. I placed an order for a product advertised on their social media page, and unfortunately, the received item does not match the one depicted during the order placement.

My order id is HH100660 and Reference No. 5989389533-292 and Order Date 2024-01-01
The provided contact details are also fake ” If you find any issue with the product or want to return the product, please reach out to customer care at 0766-4304202″
Moreover, at the time of purchase, the company explicitly mentioned a return policy allowing customers to return products within 10 days of delivery through Vibekart delivered by Ship Streak, including Delhivery
Routing Code: HYD/SHM/8460130221 and 21881575913455 this is the code that is attached with bill of the product .
However, upon attempting to initiate a return, I that there is no trace of the stated return policy.

This misleading information and the absence of a visible return policy has left me in a frustrating situation, as I now have an item that does not meet the expected specifications, with seemingly no recourse for return or refund.

I kindly request the Consumer Court to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Vibekart for deceptive practices and violation of consumer rights. I believe such actions undermine the trust consumers place in online platforms and warrant intervention to protect the interests of customers.

Enclosed with this complaint are relevant order details, screenshots of the advertised product, and any communication with Vibekart’s customer service. I hope for a prompt and just resolution to this matter.

I just want my hardworking money that is my return of rupees 1099.
