I ordered iPhone from Flipkart on 12oct it was a one day delivery but the dates were changed without my knowledge, it was a prepaid order
Before I got it in 51066/- with charger now now I’m being charged more for the same phone.

The order was cancelled without my consent. I had even contacted them 18th or 19th of oct that it would get cancelled if you keep it in warehouse this long waiting for it to get delivered, I was assured it’ll be here by 21st October butttttt on 20th night it got cancelled and i wasn’t even information about it I was patiently waiting for my delivery as you know it was an iPhone order I was more than patient to wait this long. Then when I again contacted them on 21st about it I was told to wait for 2more days as there will be dussehra sale and i can buy in it I was like okay i don’t mind waiting I WAS MORE THAN PATIENT. Then the price now is more than the last time in this price I even got the charge in the order that was cancelled.
“Like in no way I am paying extra as i had already paid for it and pratically it’s a fraud as you had my money for almost 10days and the product wasn’t even delivered infact they charged me 199/- extra while paying me refund for it. It’s almost 50,000/- definitely not a small price for me, would be for them but not for me. if it is for them then they better give me some better compensation, i want to buy the phone i already had paid for it, I was expecting it by 14th October if not money we see as a Consumer I was done a grate fraud as they played with my emotions kept me waiting then cancelling it on the last day.
Give me a proper deal for my phone which i had already paid for keep in mind I was more than patient and was supposed to be having a one day delivered, everything you did is against consumer rights.”
