Hi Team, I have cancelled a hotel
Booking with Ease My Trip with booking Id: EMT105343876.
The booking has been cancelled but the agency is not escalating the refund status to me. I have contacted them several times but everytime they say they have a technical glitch and so they will not be able to help me out
