Respected sir I ordered a deep muscle messager online watching an ad on facebook

I ordered it on www.litkart.in

I received a message of debited money if ₹888 to the order I gave and I received a link with it

After a month I called their customer care they said me your money will be refunded to your account since your product is not delivered due to coronavirus pandemic

My money is not refunded
