I ordered for joggers and made prepaid payment on June 19 2020. It has been almost 2 months now, I have received no notifications, no consignment received. Worst part is they don’t even have a Customer Care number. Their email id is a basic gmail account(which even I am unsure whether is a genuine account or fraud). I emailed them asking for update more than a month ago, I haven’t heard from them at all. My money went in vain. I so want them to get caught and be taken action against.
Today, I could see that their website has been taken down too.
