The item delivered to me from pepperfry website was of very low quality from the item image displayed on their website so I wished to return it. Also while placing the order it was clearly mentioned that it is a returnable product but after raising the return request their customer care executive denied returning the item even though I clearly mentioned that the quality of the product is poor than what is displayed on their website.
Also, when I had ordered the item it’s price was higher than the price displayed on their website now.
