I have ordered a pair of fans to my newly shifting house on June 13th. The item was expected to deliver on 17th June. So I took a work from home that day since I am staying aLoan, so that i can collect the package without any trouble. By noon I got the status as reached final destination and by 6:30 pm June 17th got a message as Out of delivery. I waited till 9 and called to the delivery agent since I haven’t received any. He said he is not having the package right now, and told he ll deliver the next day. I accepted that and asked him to deliver it before 10am, as my shifting with partner to No broker was scheduled between 10-11 am. Now I have rescheduled the shifting to next day same time. Till now I tried my level best to get the pee paid package, but no hope. I am mentally tired and exhausted and the executive never care about my time and commitments. Finally i begged them to let me know where the packege is, so that I myself can go and collect it from the hub. Still no response. Please I request justice for me.
