I purchased insurance policy through PAYTM app but Paytm issued me a wrong policy instead of 7+1 seater gypsy they issued 4+1 gypsy policy. Although gypsy comes in 7+1 only. Then they have cancelled the policy and I got refund of 11486 although I paid 14417. Now they are saying that amount was dedicated by the insurance company as cancellation charges. It means that mistake was done by PAYTM and now I have to bear it
