REASON FOR CLAIM:
The goods advertised by HK jacklun Information CO Limited and ordered by me were supposed to be leathered hand sewn arch support shoes see link https://labetcod.com/d.php?product_id=cA9XZ3D
Instead I received some fake shoes from China – the product does not even have the brand name embroidered on it, it is fully plastic, the bottom part which is supposed to be orthopedic is completely flat. There was no delivery note, no invoice.
I request a refund .
