Text of Complaint by Amith Kumar M:

1. Vendor not responding for broken replacement part and customer care executives are not taking action. Product is under 1 year warranty and the backrest is broken in 2 months.
2. Timbercheese executive does not pick the calls and responded saying we are shipping it for since 11th July 2021. Instead of covering under the warranty he charged me 600 rupees for delivery. Ended up paying considering a genuine partner with FLIPKART
