Text of Complaint by WASIM VAJID:

We placed an order from Pizza Cottage Anna Nagar West around 8:05 p.m. on October 16th.
The parcel was ready at 8:35, but due to rain, I guess Manoharan reached the restaurant to pick up the order at 10:47. and the order was delivered at 10:47, according to the tracking.
Therefore the restaurant manager, have Cleary explained the pizza wasn’t returned neither the Zomato guy have contacted me nor the restaurant manager. its been already so many days. I’m trying to contact the Zomato never response quickly.
if it is still the same i will file a case I have proofs.
I came across a news in new Delhi the same issue. why are you frauding us. mistake happens try to solve an fix rather ignore it. every customer should matter. if I put a bad comment it might effect your business’, so I have been politely asking, but I couldn’t see any action taken.
I need to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. I have been trying to get my refund for so many days, but Zomato never responds.
My husband tried to reach that day itself; they promised to refund us and wait for 72 hours, but the last email that was sent by Zomato said that they had delivered the order. This email compelled me to take action. My husband was politely asking them. However, they did not take any action.
Even if I do not receive a refund, I would like a proof image taken by the delivery person during the pickup and delivery of the parcel.
