I have booked the air tickets from Bangalore to Pune through Varafi. But they called me just before 3 days of the schedule and informed that the entire PNR got cancelled. But they didn’t refunded my money yet. it’s been 45 days that I am waiting for the money. They simply responding to my emails asking for some more time. But there is no progress.
