I have requested for the JioFiber installation and had been registered with sujit kumar (field engineer)
Sujit didn’t come as he committed.
Then I have re-registered again with Ritesh pandey another jio representative again the field engineer has cancelled the installation mean time he cam and did another installation in the same building. Again I did he registration with Mr. Pankaja again he has cancelled he installation .
Also
I have raised complain with this issue to the national team of jio,however, It seems there is no action being taken as end customer is suffering because of the opportunistic field engineer.
The below persons are involved and everyone knows that the same person is troubling me several times.
No one , including the below person are not picking my calls also.
