I had ordered online one shorts and paid Rs.377/-online on 21.06.2020.The order was confirmed and order no T 2611 was sent through mail.On 22.06.2020 it was shipped as per his mail. when it was not delivered till 28 June I sent a mail as no contact details were available with their site.My mail was replied same day informing the delivery period is 7 to 14 days.The order is not being tracked.Since than I have sent three mail no response.Seems it is fake online shopping company.The money should be refunded with penalty.

Sir what happen till now….i am the victim of same…. I was ordered on 26june 2020 shorts of price 377/- ……but still no update about delivery….. What should I do?
