Hi,
I bought a Jeans in May 2019 from Flipkart using EMIs through SI CREVA(KISSHT). Eventhough I paid more than the amount due in the next year, they are still sending me outstanding EMIs every month for the last year and still doing it. Its impacying my credit score every month. Even after complaining to their helpline number, they are not giving me any documented reason or any outstanding dues and paid dues statement. Every time they call I tell them to email me the statements but nobody sending me anything and impacting my credit score. I want to lodge a formal complaint against the company. They are pure fraudsters. Please help me.
