I had ordered realme ear buds but received used one with all accessories are missing on 4th Oct 2022 . Called customer care several times from 6th Oct about this and asked for the refund and take back what has come. But are disconnecting my call. I am old lady age 65 years even asked them for the manager call back but never happened and there is no courtesy even. How could I use this product. So I want refund and don’t want use them.
