I ordered a Myntra product and applied for a return. The pickup boy from Ekart rejected the pickup without showing up at my door. This has been repeated thrice for the same product itself. They once, on being called, rudely said, I will not come you talk to Myntra customer support. There is no way of complaining about the pick-up person. I always write feedback that a person did not show up but yet no improvement.
