I ordered a phone on 22nd August and it was meant to arrive at 24th of August, I ordered it with replacement of my old phone but it was meant to arrive today but the delivery person never showed up and in the amazon app showed that my exchange item(old phone) did not meet Amazon’s requirements but the delivery person never came to my house so how is it possible that it didn’t meet the requirement because they never checked it and cancelled my order on his own. I was calling the delivery person since morning and I called him many times but he kept cutting my calls and later blocked my number as the phone kept getting cut after 1 ring.
