Hathway internet customer care executive asked to pay money (425rs) on FEB-2021 to keep the internet connection on hold (am being a customer of Hathway from past many years) i have paid and switched off the internet router then later 7 months on SEP-2021 i have switched on the internet router but internet is not working, called the customer care and asked for the renewal they said this is not possible. I lost 425rs please help on this.
