The complaint is regarding Nuego bus service the boarding location was given incorrectly by the company and then the driver didn’t pick the passenger and started the journey the bus was already late and the location given by the company was incorrect

I booked ticket from nuego bus service from Noida fo rishikesh the pickup location given by the company was incorrect hence the bus was missed i contacted the customer care but they have not started any refund.
