Text of Complaint by Bob Sharon Elia:

I booked a nilkamal stool in amazon for 888/- on 12th June. The delivery was expected on 19th june which was rescheduled to 21st june and then again rescheduled to 24th june but i never got the delivery. Atlast the product was cancelled from their side.

they initiated a refund on the 26th of june saying that it will be credited within 4 working days. today is 2nd july and i still didnt got my refund.

i am a prime member of amazon.
