I booked NUEgo bus from jaipur to Delhi and was waiting for the bus to arrive at the given location but the bus didn’t arrive. When I called the contact person in the message he said I am not the authorized person and that the correct person was already sitting on my seat. I was surprised as I had the tickets and all the details confirming my booking. But later I got to know that the drivers pick passenger in the middle of the journey without bookings at lower price than the ticket so the company never gets to know the bus was full of non ticket holders
