I have ordered the product in Ajio on 20th March anf the product didn’t deliver to me, it went back to the warehouse from then till now thev refund has not been initiated to me im calling them often and often they say we have initiated a refund. I don’t see that all the agents of Ajio makes false promises always saying we have reaised a complaint against this it will be resolves as early as possible but when called again to Ajio regarding the issue again the new agent say we will have to raise a complaint or case in our notes and make sure our back end team works on it and get it resolved. The refund amount is 374.15. Fir refunding this they are taking more than 20 to 25 days, then what if it is a huge amount. Some strict action to be taken on this issue everytime they say same thing but no resolution and the supervisor or the manager will not be available to speak with them very worst Ajio as become sucking customers time and money.
