Text of Complaint by Mohammad Javid:

The sales team of Airtel incorrectly sold the broadband connection to me stating it is a fibernet which it was not and the installation team came back stating instead of refunding I should use broadband for a month and post that it will be upgraded to fibernet. No upgrade happened and I was told a difference of  Rs 856 will be adjusted in next bill which did not happen as they only gave me 293 as credit. I have contacted customer care almost 12 times and spent numerous and hours and no supervisor has got back to me till date and all the issues related to billing continue to remain outstanding. I am frustrated with the harresment caused to me because of Airtel.
