Dear Sir/Mam
My name is Tarun Kumar .
On Jan 1 ,2023 I enrolled for a PG Hybrid Electric Vehicle Design & Development course on skill lync.
I paid 5000₹ as registration fees and i was informed about 22 months Emi of 5909 .After the initial process without my knowledge they started the loan process through eduvanz. At that time I was asking this process they told me that it is an initial stage don’t worry about that.
Then the emi also came and the eduvanz team contacted me for loan amount. At that time i didn’t get any idea. Later only, I knew that they had taken a loan through me.
Till the end of April 2023 i was a working professional and my salary was 1.50 lakh per annum so thought of doing this course as I can manage 5909 emi.
But unfortunately I lost my job due to some reasons in the company itself so I was left with only one option i.e cancelling the course .
I tried to request Skill Lync team who attended me till the registration process. But now, they denied by saying cancellation policy is not available etc …
Note : Terms and conditions of skill lync where the policy is like : All course purchases are NON- REFUNDABLE on any type of payments viz.,pre-book, installments or full payments.
When I did the all loan procedure from eduvanz I signed a enach mandate.
Provided them adhar card, pan card and enach mandate signature on there form and submitted online.
And disbursal process was done but the money didn’t came in my bank account.
I just had to pay emi’s..which was not possible as I lost the job ..
So I raised tickets on skill lync support system but it seems they are not willing to help.
And repeatedly saying cancellation is not possible ..
And from thereon eduvanz people are calling me frequently and asking to pay the EMI.
They are continuously calling me for EMI and harassing me by saying our executive will visit your residential address for collection etc..etc..
Now what to do..
I need a help
P.s – I have no job right now and I cannot pay such a hefty amount. Please cancel this loan.
