Text of Complaint by Yashraj Singh Pokhariya:

I ordered wings earphones phantom 340 earbuds from flipkart( cost rs.1499 during big billion days ) and I received a defective product , then I used the wings warranty service , the company man took my earphones and they promised that they would replace the product or repair it , after a few days they emailed me that there was no defect in the product even it was having the defect (one earbud controls were not working, and it was weakly glued so its cap was opening ) , I sent them email many times that there was a defect but they were sending me the same email that there was no defect then ,finally i accepted that earphones were not defective (as the company men were lying ) , I said send those earphones back on email , then i waited for 2 to 3 weeks and the earphones were not delivered to me but the email showed that they were delivered , wings used shiprocket’s service for delivering . It’s been nearly three months from that incident and wings service have been showing that hey have delivered the product to me but they are doing a scam . Wings return my 1499rs back this is not how buisness works scamming people in the name of product service. They took the whole box away and i don’t have any pictures of the product left but I have invoice bill of flipkart
