I made a advance transaction to the oyo rooms on 30th jan for a hotel
Booking. When we reached the hotel location we did not found the hotel so we asked to cancel the booking and initiate the refund. The customer care executive cancelled it and said that he initiated the refund and I will receive it in 7-14 days. After a few days I contacted them and they are saying that now they can’t see refund status and can not initiate refund now on my booking.
