I have purchased ptron bass buds duo from Amazon on 29/12/22 but had received ptron bass buds PRO on 1 january 2023 following to which I initiated refund which was taken by the agent 6/1/23 And i has been 17 days from the initiation of my refund but didn’t get my refund 699 rs.
