The company sold me a POS machine with a 7-day return policy with a full refund, but I made a return request the next day when I received the device. But 1.5 months later, no one came to pickup my device, and my pickup request was automatically closed after many calls and requests to their customer care, but no one solved my problem; they ignored me repeatedly because they did it intentionally. This is a very pathetic experience
