Text of Complaint by Sonu Singh:

My concern is with the order ID- OD124323524043052000 purchased on 04th March 2022 titled as SONY WF-C500/WZ.

Recently the right bud stopped working and I went to the Sony Service Center for getting it replaced but as per the Sony Service Center the invoice is incorrect as if the product is green in color the title should be SONY WF-C500/GZ and not /WZ as W stands for white and G stands for green.
And I have ordered the green color product and received the green color product but the invoice issued was of white color and because of this reason of incorrect invoice, they are not accepting the product and its invoice.
