I had ordered Sony brand headphone and ear buds through facebook on advertisement of Bass Guru dated 12 July 2020. The shipment was delayed and finally delivered through Ekart Logistic and Pickrr Courier by the seller Gadget 24 by 7 / E-Widget Store. Unfortunately the product is not same which I had ordered , thus I want to return the product and refund as well. Kindly guide.
