Text of Complaint by R.S.P.ABINAYASOORYA:

I am R.S.P.AbinayaSoorya. I am using Airtel mobile number – 9384103879 . On 23.04.2019 around 8 am I have paid Rs.199 /-  ( Rupees One Hundred and Ninety Nine Rupees Only ) for online Recharge ( Prepaid ) and the said amount of Rs.199 / – has been deducted from my Bank Account by – WWW.AIRTEL.IN / GURGAO for which I have received a message in my mobile also but till now the Recharge has not been done by Airtel. This has resulted in the loss of Money , wastage of time and has given me a Great mental agony. I would like to request Airtel to do the prepaid Recharge for my mobile number 9384103879  immediately without fail for Rs.199 /- failling which I have approach the appropriate Legal Services to get my remedy along with Compensation.
